The Adams family

It’s a rainy fall day, my baby is sick, and my to-do list is officially out the window. But you know what? I’m soaking in the cuddles, relying on TV to entertain the middle child (no judgment, please), enjoying the company of an adorable puppy, and savoring a warm cup of coffee to keep me going.

I’m absolutely obsessed with how this family session turned out! This is what we call the golden hour, and we photographers go nuts when we get to capture it.

Also, let me take a moment to appreciate this incredible woman—the one I call my photography mentor, my photography mother. She has been endlessly patient with me, teaching me so much about the art of photography. Years ago, she took a chance on a young photographer, offering guidance and encouragement when I needed it most, and she continues to mentor me to this day. I owe her so much gratitude!
